Welcome to Haven Honey Farms. By using this website, you agree to the following simple terms:

  • The content on this site,  including text, photos, product descriptions, and educational materials,  is the property of Haven Honey Farms and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

 

  • All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, or offerings at any time.

 

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you've chosen.

 

  • We do our best to describe our products honestly and represent the farm authentically, but we can't guarantee that every detail on the site is free from occasional errors. If you spot something that needs correcting, we'd love to hear from you.

  • By using this site, you also agree that any disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of Alabama.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer local delivery and pickup within the Birmingham Metro Area. Local delivery is $5 and goes out on Thursdays. Please place your order by Tuesday evening to be included in that week's delivery run. Pickup options are available by arrangement; we'll reach out after your order to coordinate a time and location that works for both of us. We don't currently ship outside the Birmingham area, but feel free to contact us if you have questions about availability in your neighborhood.

Refund & Return Policy

Because our honey and kombucha are small-batch, handmade food products, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up. That said, your happiness matters to us. If something arrives damaged, leaking, or not as described, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Whether that's a replacement on the next delivery run or a refund. For beekeeping sessions, nucs, and mated queens, please contact us directly to discuss cancellations or rescheduling. We're a small family farm and we believe in working things out one conversation at a time.

Privacy Policy

Your trust matters to us. When you place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us through this site, we collect basic information like your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Only what's needed to fulfill your order or respond to your message. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do use trusted services like Wix, our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal), and our email platform to operate this site and deliver your orders. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review. We may use cookies to help the site function properly and to understand how visitors use it, but you can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer. You're welcome to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and you can request that we delete your information by emailing marian.mwenja@gmail.com. We'll do our best to honor your request promptly.
