Our bees gather nectar and pollen from our 2.5 acre farm as well as the surrounding 3-6 mile radius.

The mix of different cultivated and wild flowers as well as trees and shrubs makes a delicious honey that’s unlike any you might find at the store. Everyone who tries our honey for the first time raves about it!

Throughout the season, our honey changes slightly. Spring honey is often lighter color and taste, with Fall honey often being darker and a robust taste.

This variation is part of the beauty of small batch, local honey (and love doing taste tests of the

different honeys throughout the year!). And trust that if you receive a jar that is a slightly different color or is sweeter or more complex than a previous jar, know that

nothing has gone wrong. The bees are just getting a healthy, varied diet!
